Vine 4.0 Touch Screen Smart Thermostat for Home

Our smart thermostat is compatible with 90% of HVAC systems, including conventional (2H/2C), heat pump (4H/2C), natural gas, electric, hot water, gas fireplaces (24 Volts), oil heat, and dual fuel systems. All system types require a common wire (C-wire).

The thermostat does not work with electric baseboard heat (110VAC~240V AC) or millivolt systems, and it does not support S terminals for indoor and outdoor sensors.

We have conducted extensive testing and upgraded the internal chipset and user interface design to successfully resolve any issues with unstable Wi-Fi connectivity.

You can set the screen to time out by tapping the setting icon on the Menu page and turning on/off the "Screen Saver" feature. If you want the screen to stay on at all times, you can leave the "Screen Saver" turned off.

The thermostat is highly accurate, with a deviation of no more than 2°F in various environments.

If you do not have a C-wire, you can try connecting the G-wire to the C terminal on the wall plate. Consult your HVAC manufacturer or an electrician for guidance.

The C-wire, also known as the common wire or continuous wire, provides a constant source of power to the thermostat or other HVAC components.
