With the Honeywell Home app or voice assistants like Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Microsoft Cortana, you can easily control your T9. We also work with utility programs across the US to maximize your energy savings.

Eligible customers can also enroll in their local utility's "DEMAND RESPONSE PROGRAM," which rewards you for allowing minor adjustments to your AC or furnace temperature during peak energy demand.

For ultimate comfort, add Smart Room Sensors to focus the temperature control in multiple rooms (sensors sold separately). Our thermostat supports Wi-Fi 802.11 B/G/N 2.4 and 5 GHz and is compatible with forced air (gas, oil, or electric), hot water and steam, and heat pumps with electric backup. Please note that it does not work with electric baseboard heat (120-240V) and a C-Wire is required.

Setting up the T9 is a breeze, as everything you need is included in the box, including a power adapter for compatibility with most homes. Before making a purchase, please ensure compatibility with your home and determine if you need a C-wire power adapter. Our thermostat also works with most heat/cool oil furnace systems, but not with heating-only oil furnace systems unless a C-Wire is present.
